Perched along the pristine coastline of St. Simons Island, this three-story luxury beach residence offers panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and a private resort-style pool. The thoughtfully designed home spans three levels, creating distinct living spaces that cater to multi-generational family gatherings while maintaining privacy and comfort for all residents.

Design Concept:

We focused on capitalizing on the spectacular ocean views while creating distinct living zones for different generations of the family. The architectural strategy incorporated floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive balconies, and open-concept living spaces that capture natural light and sea breezes. Each level was carefully planned to provide both private retreats and communal gathering spaces, ensuring a perfect balance between togetherness and solitude.

Results:

Each floor offers its own unique living experience while maintaining a cohesive design aesthetic throughout. The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, including the stunning pool area and ocean-view terraces, creates an ideal environment for memorable family vacations that appeal to all ages.
