The expansive layout creates distinct living spaces that accommodate multi-generational family living without sacrificing finesse or comfort.
Project Overview
Situated on a prestigious double corner lot, this New Orleans-inspired residence offers an expansive living space designed for both family life and gracious entertaining. The property's generous footprint provides an ideal canvas for a luxurious blend of indoor and outdoor living, characteristic of the Southern lifestyle.
Design Concept
This design centered on using natural illumination through large windows while creating seamless connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. The architectural strategy emphasized the creation of multiple entertainment zones, including a tailored pool area with sundeck, meticulously planned English gardens, and a unique bocce ball court that adds a touch of European charm to the Southern setting.
Results
