Located on the Chattahoochee River lot once owned by the founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United. We gave the lot a new southern inspired design perfect for the growing family with plenty of entertaining areas and kids play spaces. Drawing inspiration from the majestic Chattahoochee River setting, this distinctive estate embraces luxurious Southern living while celebrating its natural surroundings. The design incorporates spacious entertainment areas and dedicated children's spaces, creating an ideal environment for both family living and sophisticated hosting. Panoramic river views and seamless access to outdoor activities make this residence a perfect harmony of natural beauty and refined Southern architecture.
