In addition to residential design, Bold SMAC also does work in the commercial design & construction sector. We work with developers, real estate firms, pool companies, and interior design firms on a variety of projects. Some examples of commercial design work include townhouse developments, full neighborhood planning and design, student housing facilities, and neighborhood HOA common spaces such as community pools, pavilions, club houses, entry monuments, signage, and playgrounds.
