Tucked away in Historic Downtown Roswell, GA, this French Modern residence exemplifies refined urban living. The property's strategic location offers the perfect balance of luxury living and walkable access to the vibrant local culture, including fine dining establishments and community gatherings.
Design Concept
Our design approach focused on creating an airy, light-filled sanctuary that maximizes spatial flow and natural illumination. The architectural plan features soaring 12-foot ceilings and strategically placed windows throughout, allowing sunlight to dance across the interior spaces throughout the day. The modern French aesthetic combines clean lines with classic European elegance.
Results
Luxury living, seamlessly integrating into the historic fabric of Canton Street while offering all the amenities of modern life. The abundant natural light, generous proportions, and thoughtful layout create an atmosphere of refined sophistication, while the home's prime location ensures its residents remain connected to the dynamic pulse of downtown Roswell.

Aaron and Chip exceeded our expectation in working with us to design our custom home. Not only are they both incredibly talented designers, they are approachable, respectful, open to ideas, and fun to work with. They listen and put their creative twist on the design by presenting unique and unexpected ideas and solutions. They were always accessible and made themselves available to discuss issues that inevitably arise during the construction process. We were very impressed with their involvement from start to finish. Aaron and Chip are also very well connected with talented artisans and resources that can be used in various capacities for interior design.
