Project Overview:

Nestled along the prestigious 30-A corridor in Rosemary Beach, FL, this exceptional double-lot property presented a unique opportunity for coastal luxury living. The two-story beach house renovation project encompassed both interior and exterior transformations, with a focus on creating seamless indoor-outdoor entertainment spaces.

Design Concept

Our plan was to focus on the property's generous footprint while maintaining the authentic coastal charm of Rosemary Beach. The design strategy incorporated elevated outdoor living spaces, including a resort-style pool area, and carefully considered entertainment zones that take advantage of the Gulf Coast's temperate climate. Interior spaces were reimagined to create an open, airy atmosphere that connects naturally with the outdoor amenities.

Results

Luxury living, seamlessly integrating into the historic fabric of Canton Street while offering all the amenities of modern life. The abundant natural light, generous proportions, and thoughtful layout create an atmosphere of refined artistry, while the home's prime location ensures its residents remain connected to the dynamic pulse of downtown Roswell.
