This distinctive residence showcases an innovative courtyard design that elevates the traditional concept of a motor court into an architectural focal point. The design transforms conventional garage spaces into architectural highlights, enriching the Modern Farmhouse style with purposeful elegance and spatial efficiency.

Design Concept

Our reimagining of the conventional relationship between living spaces and automotive storage. The design approach positioned the garage structures to create an elegant courtyard entrance while maintaining visual harmony with the main residence. Special attention was paid to materials and detailing to ensure the motor court elements enhanced rather than detracted from the home's overall aesthetic.

Results

The motor court delivers a stately first impression, its design in perfect rhythm with the home’s contemporary farmhouse character. This project exemplifies how innovative design can transform functional requirements into architectural advantages that enhance both the visual appeal and daily usability of a luxury residence.
