Design Concept

The architectural approach features clean lines and light-colored materials that create a bright, airy atmosphere perfect for luxurious coastal living. We set out to craft a refined coastal retreat—one that honors its natural setting while offering the ease and elegance of modern luxury living. The architectural strategy emphasized traditional low country design elements with contemporary refinements, incorporating large windows to capture stunning water views and outdoor living spaces that maximize the waterfront setting.

Results

The thoughtfully designed interior spaces flow seamlessly to the private dock through the architecturally stunning walkway, while the authentic low country aesthetic creates a home that appears to have always belonged in this pristine setting.
